A Diversified Fiber EnterpriseAvillion Farm, established in 1995, specializes in fiber animals and their products. We are located in the town of Apex in the Piedmont area of North Carolina, approximately 30 minutes from Raleigh. Our farm is home to Shetland sheep Angora goats and French and German angora Rabbits. At Avillion Farm, our philosophy is that the well being of the animals comes first. This is why we strongly emphasize preventive, "low input" approaches to animal health and offer a written guarantee on the health of all animals sold. Small group tours are also available by prior arrangement. Avillion Farm is pleased to offer for sale quality livestock, raw fleeces, roving for spinning, custom dyed fibers and yarns and finished woven and felted items crafted from our own fibers. |
